iDEAL will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of The Gymshark Black Friday Sale.
Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of The Gymshark Black Friday Sale:

ORDERS
Sale items will be available to order from November 17th at 8am, PST, 9am MST, 11am EST for North American regions, 5pm AWST, 7pm AEST, 8pm AEDT for Australian regions and 4pm GMT for all other international regions.
If items are marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores in the Black Friday Sale, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. If you bought prior to the sale, and the item being marked as "FINAL SALE" you'll still be able to return the item.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER; CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD DURING THE GYMSHARK BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during The Gymshark Black Friday Sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to increased traffic on our US and UK stores, orders placed during the first hour of the sale will be ineligible for cancellation. After the first hour of the sale, orders placed on the US and UK stores will revert to our standard cancellation policy.
Please note that all orders placed during this time will be eligible for return: for more info, check out our 'Returns Policy’ FAQ page.
All other regions will be able to cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS; CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.
I'M MISSING SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER...
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.
If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can take between 5-7 business days to arrive in your account.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, BUT ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED?!
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

No! Unfortunately, express shipping will not be available during The Gymshark Black Friday Sale.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE ONCE I'VE ORDERED FROM THE GYMSHARK BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

Returns
Can I Return Items From The Gymshark Black Friday Sale?
You betcha! We've recently extended our returns period for all regions from the usual 30-days. Find the latest on Gymshark returns for Black Friday below:
North America & Canada:
Purchases made between 1st November 2022 and 1st January 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2023 following our extended returns policy.
Purchases made from 2nd January 2023 onwards will have 30 days to return following our usual returns policy.
Please Note: All items marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores in the Gymshark Black Friday Sale will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit. If you bought prior to the sale, and the item being marked as "FINAL SALE" you'll still be able to return the item.
All Other Regions:
Purchases made between 1st October 2022, and 1st January 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2023 following our recently extended returns period.
Purchases made from 2nd January 2023 onwards will have 30 days to return following our usual returns policy.
