If you haven't already heard the news: Gymshark Lift events are back. We started in MCR, we travelled to LA, and now we're on our way to Miami to bring a new generation of lifters together.
This February, the Ice Palace Film Studios in Miami will turn into a hub of everything that matters in our world. In addition to the usual apparel drops and exclusive merch, you'll find PR cages, athlete meet and greets, competitions, outdoor basketball courts and so so much more.

Wait. What Is A Gymshark LIFT Event?
Gymshark Lift events are the place where the Gymshark Community comes together to celebrate not just the culture of lifting, but the future of the sport. From a selection of workshops that have been designed to help you up your numbers, to meeting your favorite athletes, taking part in competitions, seminars and having the opportunity to win a number of prizes, each Lift event is different, but it's always the hub where the Gymshark Family meet.

Designed to bring athletes of all disciplines together while allowing them enough space to (you know) do their own thing, #LiftMiami introduces a number of new exclusive zones to its warehouse space.
Each zone has its own character and its own special attractions: from PR cages and an outdoor basketball court to a brand-new dedicated women's area, this is unlike anything we've ever done before.

Event Tickets. Miami, You Ready?
Tickets for #LiftMiami will be live from January 29th. Touted to be our biggest event yet, don't miss out. Add a reminder to your calendar and be the first to register for a free ticket.
General Admission
Please note that you will need a general admission ticket to attend #LiftMiami. This will grant you access to the main event space, free train zones, and meet and greet areas. But won't allow you to access the main stage acts, the gym girl chats or Q&As.
Main Stage Acts, Gym Girl Chats, And Q&As.
If you wish to attend one of the main stage acts, gym girl chats, or Q&As at Lift Miami, you'll need to book an additional ticket alongside general admission. These will be available as "add-on" features on the Eventbrite page from February 5th*.

As for Miami? That's yet to come. But to set the scene... across the two days, we'll have a number of professional photographers capturing every moment of the event: the smiles, the tears, your 1RM (and you can bet we'll also capture the faces you make as you push or pull the weight to achieve it). There's no age limit for general admission, but if you wish to take part in any add-ons: seminars/workouts, you'll have to be over the age of 18!
We'll have a number of changing rooms within our pop-up store area for you to try apparel on before you buy!
Unfortunately, there won't be any shower facilities at #LiftMiami.
Gymshark Lift events welcome EVERYONE - from beginners to workout veterans. We have a number of seminars for you to learn, and a variety of workouts for you to then put everything into practice.
And if you don't fancy doing a workout? Why not sign up for a general admission ticket to simply experience the event, without getting a sweat on. With plenty of Brand Partners, apparel areas, and zones to explore, there's a little something for everyone.
You betcha. Lift Miami sees an entire free-train area make its way to the event space so that you can do your own thing and train with the wider Gymshark Community. Athletes will be dropping in every hour to make sure you're training hard...

Dogs are allowed to attend this particular Lift event - all we ask is that they're kept on a lead and that they're a big fan of Gymshark.
